Partners · Community
This work only happens together. We are looking for partners in community who can walk alongside young people and their families, on Country and in culture.
Services and organisations led by community, who know the young people and families we want to reach.
Elders and cultural knowledge holders who guide our programs and hold cultural authority on Country.
Families, kin and carers who are part of every program. It is never a drop-off.
Partners · Corporate
Our corporate partnership runs in line with Buneen Employment. We are looking for corporate partners who want to become employment options for these young people, and who will support them through our programs.
We also want to bring leaders from partner organisations onto our programs with us. For a young person in care, the workplace can feel like somewhere they do not belong, and a manager they have never met can be the hardest door to knock on.
When leaders walk with us on program, we can take young people back to your offices for lunches, activities and training. That helps them build networks and pathways to employment.
Leaders from partner organisations join our programs and meet young people on Country.
Lunches, activities and training in your offices, so the workplace feels familiar.
Networks, employment options and support that carry on after the program.
